“Statesville had just the right climate for this expansion,” said Byron Russell, CEO/Chairman of the Board at Cheney Brothers, Inc. “The pro-business attitude of the leadership and the available workforce, fortified the decision to select this facility.”

“The Iredell County Board of Commissioners is excited about the significant $24 million-dollar expansion planned by Cheney Brothers, Inc. of their Statesville facility.  Cheney Brothers will bring 105 additional unique career employment opportunities to Iredell County to support the over $1 billion dollars in annual sales generated by this “soup to nuts” supplier of food, equipment and services to the hospitality industry throughout the world,” said James Mallory, Iredell County Commission Chairman.
